Mogotes are isolated rock formations with very steep edges usually found in the middle of plains. They stand out for the roundness of their shape and become an attractive and adorning element in their environments. For Salinas, this work is a memento of the beautiful landscape in his native country, for these formations are common in the Vinales Valley in Cuba. Worked on Amate paper, this is an impressive piece that serves as a panoramic view of the memories of its author.
