With the coming of the most celebrated art fairs in Miami like ART Basel Miami, Pinta Miami, Untitled, and many more, The Americas Collection Fine Art Gallery has sought to exhibit works that reflect the fervor of the season and the environment of these fairs.

Located on Ponce de Leon Boulevard in the city of Coral Gables, our gallery has curated an exhibition that seeks to show the current environment in the world of art. Contemporary Art is a broad term, an umbrella definition that covers a wide range of styles, ideas, and techniques, but that has come to be associated with the irreverent, the conceptual, accompanied with a strength that rises from artists’ concerns with the current state of the world.

Besides the works on display, we have also planned for events in the gallery, including the presence of one of our artists, Danny Hernandez, during part of the exhibition as he creates new work on one of the gallery walls. We want our visitors to be engaged, to experiment with new visions of what art can be and has come to be, either visually or physically during the exhibition. Contemporary art allows for an environment of free expression, where art is no longer defined by mere execution, but by the richness of its content as well.
